Returns & Exchanges Made Simple
We want you to love what you wear — but if something doesn’t work out for you, here’s how to return or exchange:
Returns

We offer store credit only – no cash refunds.

Store credit is valid for 3 days and is sent by email after we check your returned item.

To return, you must raise a request within 3 days of delivery using this link:

We arrange a pickup for returns/exchanges through our portal, with a small courier fee.

In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable by the courier company, you'll need to self-ship the product while the team will inform you of the same.

The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and sent back in the original packaging.

Once we receive it, we’ll do a quick quality check (within 2–3 days, excluding Sundays/holidays).

If approved, we’ll send your store credit right after via Email.

Exchanges (Size Only)

Exchanges are only for size changes in the same design.

Must be requested within 3 days of delivery using the same return portal using this link:

In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable, you'll need to self-ship the product at your cost.

If your desired size isn’t available you will be informed, you can then wait till it is back in stock in some days or we’ll send store credit instead.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Jewellery, accessories, sale/discounted items, and final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

International orders are final sale until and unless the customer is willing to ship the products back to us and bare the return courier charges.If not then the products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
7. By completing a purchase on our website, you are consenting to the terms and conditions of our brand, Amaraa.
8.The colour of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept order cancellation over such a reasoning.
9.All our products are hand-printed and there maybe a colour variation for the same reason which is beyond our control and the control of our artisans. In such cases we will not be able to help you out with the same.

Wash And Care Guidelines
- All our products are hand-printed and have to be hand-washed separately in a mild detergent.
- Avoid washing these products in a washing machine for it to be more long lasting.
