Terms And Conditions
- Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 10-12 working days and are at ₹99.
- Please note working days does not include weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and Public holidays.
- You will get automated Whatsapp Message and Email update regarding the status of your order once it is dispatched within the mentioned timeframe.
- If a customer requests early delivery, we'll make every effort to accommodate it, but it depends on our current workload and existing orders in hand.
- Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
- Since these are mostly hand-printed products sometimes some items get sold out right after an order has been placed and since this is a labour-intensive printing job, it may take slightly longer to deliver it in time, in this case we will inform you of the same or if multiple products are purchased with the consent of the customer send the balance products and ship the one out of stock product slightly later.
- For partial COD, a ₹500 charge is applied when placing the order, with the remaining balance due to the courier upon delivery. If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the ₹500 partial payment is non-refundable.
- Partial COD orders are not eligible for additional discounts.

How can i track my order?
You can track your order using the link below by filling in the order number and Phone Number or Email Id.

You will only be able to track the exact status of your order only once it has been dispatched after 6-8 working days of placing the order.
COURIER INFORMATION
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a redelivery.
- If the delivery attempt passes 3 times the courier will be shipped back to our premises. In this case the RTO (Return to Origin) courier charges and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's the customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

What is our Exchange policy ?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size in the same design (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
Write to us at amaraacustomercare@gmail.com within 3 days or 72 hours of delivery of the product to request an exchange. We will only exchange any product if informed within 3 days of the delivery of the product.
Once acknowledged by the Team Amaraa we will share with you the delivery address along with the contact details within 2-3 working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Amaraa will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return and re-shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
1. Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email id and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
4. Please note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
5.No exchange or return for bags.
6. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
7. By completing a purchase on our website, you are consenting to the terms and conditions of our brand, Amaraa.
8.The colour of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept any Exchange, Refund or Cancellation over such a reasoning.
9.All our products are hand-printed and there maybe a colour variation for the same reason which is beyond our control and the control of our artisans. In such cases we will not be able to help you out with the same.

Wash And Care Guidelines
- All our products are hand-printed and have to be hand-washed separately in a mild detergent.
- Avoid washing these products in a washing machine for it to be more long lasting.
MAILING HOURS
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 4 pm to 6 pm and will get back to you with any queries within this timeline, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
