Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

  • We have both prepaid and partial cod options on our website.

  • Standard shipping is charged at ₹99 across India.

  • Partial COD orders require ₹199 upfront; the balance is due upon delivery.

  • If a Partial COD parcel is refused, the ₹199 upfront payment is non-refundable.

  • Orders are dispatched within 10-12 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Minor delays may occur during peak seasons or due to hand-printed product timelines.

  • If an item is out of stock post-order, we may notify you or ship the remaining items with your consent.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship PAN India as well as Worldwide.

  • We ship worldwide, with shipping charges calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless shipped back to us by the customer, as we’re unable to arrange reverse pickups. 
    Once received, we can re-ship the order, with all shipping costs borne by the customer. 
  • Any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

 Order Tracking & Courier Issues

  • A tracking link is sent via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Before dispatch, tracking may show as “not valid” or “not found” — the tracking is only visible once the product has been shipped.

  • Delivery is attempted up to 3 times, and an active contact number is mandatory for OTP delivery.

  • Failed deliveries will be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping + RTO charges are payable by the customer.

Mailing & Support Hours

  • Orders are processed and packed between 11 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
