Returns & Exchanges Made Simple

We want you to love what you wear — but if something doesn't work out for you, here's how to return or exchange:

Returns

• We offer store credit only – no cash refunds.

• Store credit is valid for 3 days and is sent by email after we check your returned item.

• To return, you must raise a request within 3 days of delivery using this link:

• We arrange a pickup for returns/exchanges through our portal, with a small courier fee.

• In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable by the courier company, you'll need to self-ship the product while the team will inform you of the same.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and sent back in the original packaging.

• Once we receive it, we'll do a quick quality check (within 2–3 days, excluding Sundays/holidays).

• If approved, we'll send your store credit right after via Email.

• Kindly check your Email Inbox or Spam for the same.

Exchanges (Size Only)

• Exchanges are only for size changes in the same design.

• Must be requested within 3 days of delivery using the same return portal:

• We arrange pickup and drop services for exchanges through our portal, with a small courier fee.

• In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable, you'll need to self-ship the product at your cost.

• If your desired size isn't available you will be informed — you can then wait till it is back in stock or we'll send store credit instead.

• The item should be unused, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.

• Once we receive it, we'll do a quick quality check (within 2–3 days, excluding Sundays/holidays).

Return/Exchange Courier Fee

A reverse courier fee applies based on your order value:

• Orders up to ₹3,500 — ₹200
• Orders between ₹3,500 – ₹6,500 — ₹300
• Orders above ₹6,500 — ₹400

Self-Ship Option

If you prefer to send the product back yourself, you're welcome to do so. To get our shipping address, please DM us on Instagram or email us at amaraacustomercare@gmail.com and we'll share it with you.

Once you have the address, please include a note inside the parcel with the following details:

• Your full name
• Order ID
• Contact number
• Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange
• If exchange — please mention the size you need

Non-Returnable Items

• Jewellery, accessories, Bag Charms, sale/discounted items, and final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• International orders are final sale unless the customer is willing to ship the products back to us and bear the return courier charges. If not, the products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
